Before you return or exchange something, please take a look at our page Washing & Care .

There you will find helpful tips on how to properly care for your items to extend their lifespan.

sustainability is our top priority, so we do everything we can to minimize returns.

We sell Not mass-produced . Each product is made especially for you after your order.

To help protect the environment, avoid ordering multiple sizes. Instead, use the size charts on our product pages to find the right size .

For ecological reasons , returns are problematic because many items of clothing can often no longer be sold afterwards.

Conditions for exchange and return

1. Exchanges: Only items ordered in the wrong size can be exchanged. Please provide us with the order number and the desired size. To avoid unnecessary exchanges, measure a comparable item of clothing and compare the measurements with our size charts.
2. Returns: New and unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the method of payment received. Products that were delivered damaged or defective cannot be returned directly. Please report the defects to us, and we will quickly and free of charge provide a suitable solution or replacement.

Returns and exchanges: How it works

Instructions for exchange and return

1. Log in to your customer account.

2. Go to your order and click on “Request a return.”

3. For an exchange: To speed up the process, specify the desired size in the note field.

4. Wait for our confirmation.

5. After confirmation, you will receive an email with a return label. You must first pay for this before you can return the item to us.

6. Send the item with the return label to the specified address.

7. In case of an exchange: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you the item in the desired size.

8. In case of return: After receiving and checking the condition of the item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

    Important instructions
    You can exchange or return an item within 14 days. In both cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that you may only return the item after we have confirmed your return. Please also note our exchange and return policy.
