Products

Are your products ethically made?

All our garments are printed in Germany and are 100% vegan. Our products are certified by OEKO-Tex Standard 100, FairWear Foundation, and PETA – ensuring the highest standards in quality and ethical production*.

*The combination of certifications may vary depending on the product.

Is the ink vegan too?

Yes! We use only water-based, vegan, non-toxic inks that are GOTS certified. This means our ink meets the highest environmental and safety standards and is sustainable and eco-friendly.

How should I care for my new clothes?

Washing: To ensure long-term preservation of print quality, wash inside out at a maximum of 40°C.

Bleaching: The garment must not be bleached with chlorine or oxygen as these will reduce the fabric and print quality.

Cleaning: Please do not dry clean the garment as the chemicals used may damage the fabric and the print.

Ironing: Do not iron the print directly and only iron the garment inside out at medium heat up to 150°C.

Drying: Please do not tumble dry. The garment should be air dried to avoid damage.

How do the sizes fit? Is there a size chart?

Sizes may vary slightly depending on the product. To ensure the perfect fit, you’ll find a detailed size chart in every product description. Just check the product page ?.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made exclusively from high-quality materials and are 100% vegan.

All important information about the materials and the relevant certifications can be found directly in the product description of each item.
This way, you can be sure that your favorite piece is not only premium quality, but also sustainably made!

Which payment methods do you offer?

You can pay 100% securely and conveniently with us.

We offer a variety of payment methods, including:

Problems with Klarna invoice?

If your Klarna payment isn't working, it might be due to Klarna's internal policies. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
As an alternative, you can simply use PayPal or a credit card.

How long does shipping take?

Our delivery times*:

Germany: 3 – 6 business days

Other EU countries: 3 – 8 business days

Switzerland: 3 – 8 business days

Other EU countries: €6.99

Switzerland: €8.99

Free shipping for orders over €60.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Germany, all other European countries and Switzerland.

Can my products arrive in separate packages?

Yes, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if you order different products such as clothing and accessories. You will receive a notification when part of your order is on the way.

Returns

What are the conditions for exchanges and returns?

Exchanges : Items of clothing that have been ordered in the wrong size can be exchanged easily. Please tell us the order number and the desired size and compare your measurements with our size chart beforehand.

Returns : You can easily return unused items in their original condition within 14 days. If an item has defects, please contact us to complain so that we can help you quickly.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Personalized items are excluded from returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. In those cases, we will cover the cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange items within 14 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Follow our instructions on our Exchanges & Returns page.

What do I do if my product has a defect?

Report any defects such as printing errors, color deviations, material problems or an incorrect product to us . We will arrange a replacement immediately and free of charge.
